SOCIAL ANXIETY



                     Hey everyone! Today I'll be discussing something which I've been observing for so long. So I thought why not I should write about the social anxiety. I've been noticing the social anxiety in some of my friends, family and other people. So I thought why not, I should write about this.
Okay so first of all what is social anxiety?

                 I wanted to discuss and clear the concept of social anxiety which is normally not being discussed due to embarrassing. People who suffer from this usually don't feel like sharing with others because they have the fear that people will start making fun of them.
As I'm not the mental health professional but I hope my blogs would help you people out there.

SOCIAL ANXIETY :-


                    Before I proceed I wanted to discuss that what is social anxiety?
Very basically, A Social anxiety is a fear of being judged negatively by others or a fear of social situations.It is a self consciousness.

                    You don't have to control your thoughts, Infact you can't control your thoughts but you can control the overthinking which may destroy you. You just have to stop letting people control you.
A person should:
  • Don't overthink it.
  • It's okay to cry. Don't be embarrassed of crying.
  • Most importantly is that people aren't really looking and carrying as much as you think they are.
  • Always look for the good in people and remember it.
  • Be transparent to others please. Don't be a diplomatic person.      


                   The internet is complex thing. It gives us a place to network and socialize without really socializing, a place to work at home, a place to shop without without being in a public place. 
Social media has had a massive impact on people bringing with some fairly negative experiences and causing a rise in anxiety and depression, especially in young people.

                                                        People who use excess of social media and always stalking on others thinking that all people are happy in  their lives except them (here you're making mistake). The person who uses more social media tends to find out more and more depression or anxiety problem. 


                                        Lastly I would say, Always work towards improving yourself with each day, and with each conscious decision you make, If you continuously stay in your comfort zone, nothing is going to change for the better in the long run.

                                       Unfortunately, I wanted to tell you all that I wrote an long article sharing all my observation and suddenly, before publishing it I accidently press the arrow "back"  and all my content just vanished out. So I rewrite this again and it took so much time urghh... But Its okay :)
