MENTAL HEALTH AND SPIRITUALITY :

                               
      
     Hey everyone! Today I'll be sharing about mental health which is mostly being ignored in our society.

      Sometimes, its is hard to keep thinking of new way to talk about your experiences or how to help people. Alternatively, I might have lots of ideas but I'm not sure how to make to break them into smaller sub-topics. I realized how valuable a list like that would be in keeping the conversation about mental health going.

     Mental health includes our emotional thoughts, psychological thoughts and social well being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. It also helps to determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. 

                  The biggest problem of mental health is that the person is always being negative all the time, they think negative, act negative. He/She should never feel sorry for themselves. They should stop looking for attention. A person should never worry too much about the problems they are suffering from because no one ever said that life is perfect.

 CAN PEOPLE RECOVER FROM MENTAL HEALTH?

                                         
                                                        
              It is possible to recover from mental health problems, Especially after accessing support, care and love from your loved ones.          

                            

 MIND CARE OF DARK DAYS :



         First of all the most importantly which can really work is I think is      "SELF-LOVE".     


  • Love yourself and have faith
  • Say 'NO' when you need to or when you're not comfortable with anything
  • Don't compare yourself with others
  • Laugh often
  • Make new friends
  • Cut out toxic people from your life who made you cry or hurt you
  • Put your phone down and connect with the people you're with
  • Self care is really important to boost your mental health.
                                       

Listen and feel people's problem which they are suffering from, help them, support them when they suffer from tough situation , depression or anxiety. Ultimately serve the humanity and be a good human. Treat people with empathy (the ability to understand and share the feelings of another). Before that, i didn't  have the concept of empathy, human emotions and human interaction but as I came up with more people interaction i started to understand the concept of empathy lately.

Nobody should feel superiority in anyway. Whatsoever, we all are equal.  No matter what, who you are, where are you from and what you do..Please be nice to people. "BE EMPATHETIC".
I'm not a mental health professional but I hope this would help you people out there.

Treat your mental health with the same importance as your physical health.
