Hey beautiful people.Hope you  all are taking care of yourselves if not then do read this.

When  people think of self-care, their first thought maybe to automatically assume that means spending money. Face masks and bath bombs have become popular self-care items, however, they don't need to be the only way we practice self-care!



Self-care is the act of preserving and recharging ourselves! Self-care means different things to different people, and will not always look the same for each individual.
Self is different for everyone. You don't have to be a vegan eating, yoga doing, meditation practicing. Self care is simply making time for yourself to do the things that make you happy, that make you sun shine thou whatever those things are.

When we're practicing self-care on the regular, it can become pricey to continuously spend money 
on these items .
Below you'll find a list self-care ideas that can be incorporated into every schedule and lifestyle!
(Because lets be real, self-care needs to happen whether we want to spend money or not!)
Self-care: Set boundaries with your work.
  • Go for a walk.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Call a friend or family member.
  • Sit and plan your week (planner optional but definitely recommended).
  • Read an old, favourite book.
  • Take a nap .
  • Go out and explore your routine.
  • Drink water frequently.
  • Take a long hot shower. 
  • Write down five things you're grateful for.
  • Make s master to do list .
  • Watch a sunset.
  • Re-organize your stuff.
  • Go for a run or workout.
  • Go to bed early (truly nothing better than this).
  • Eat healthy food.
  • Play with a pet.
  • Visit your local library and find new books to read.
  • Stop mentally and emotionally taking work home with and be sure to take breaks! If you work from home create " You time".
  • Make a list of 5 affirmations for yourself.
  • lastly take a selfie ( I know it's kinda stupid one).
Self-care is important for our own self-preservation and well being. we don't always have to spend money to achieve self- preservation!Although I am not a professional therapist, I merely believe in the importance of self preservation and personal well- being.
